Group-interest

A person who doesn’t want something, wants something else than the rest of the group. They oppose the interest of the team. Imagine a manager wanting to raise the level of professionalism in their branch or company. Sadly, one person resists his approach and doesn’t see the necessity for change.

By not participating this individual will harm the interest of the group. Moreover, people like this often try to hold back others as well.

By refusing to join, they distance themselves from the group; they don’t want to be a part of it. The only solution is to physically remove them from the group.
